On February 13, 2007, a group of students from Heritage High School in Newport News joined Hampton NAACP President, Carmen Taylor for a Day at the Capitol sponsored by Senator Locke. The students briefly met with Governor Kaine in the Cabinet Room of the Patrick Henry Building.
